Description
A drum of handwoven kilim, bound in leather and lifted on a light metal stand — a side table that brings more colour to a corner than anything else its size.
The top is laid like a wheel. A leather medallion sits at the centre, ringed with hand-set studs, and five studded leather spokes run from it to the rim, dividing the kilim into five segments. The edge is wrapped in a stitched leather band that turns down over the side.
Around the drum, kilim panels are set between vertical studded leather straps, with a leather band closing the top and bottom edges. The body is an engineered-board drum, which holds its round shape where solid timber would move. It stands on three hairpin legs in powder-coated metal, finished to match the studs. A small stitched leather Art Avenue tag is riveted to one panel.
Each kilim panel is hand-cut from a different vintage rug, so the panels will not match one another, and your table will not match the one in these photographs. The colours, patterns and weave are different on every piece — no two tables are alike. The leather is finished to show its natural movement and will darken and soften where hands and cups land.

Your piece is built after you order it rather than taken off a shelf, so we’d rather you check these measurements against your room first — made-to-order pieces can’t be returned or exchanged. Being handmade, finished dimensions may vary by a centimetre or two.

Materials
Built from carefully selected, natural materials — kiln-dried hardwoods, hand-spun textiles, cast metal and quarried stone, chosen to last for decades. Naturally occurring grain and tone variation is intrinsic to each handmade piece.
Fabric care
Vacuum gently and regularly with an upholstery attachment to lift dust before it settles. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — press, don’t rub — and avoid soaking the fabric. Plump and rotate loose cushions so they wear evenly. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colour, and have delicate weaves cleaned professionally rather than machine-washed.
Craftsmanship
Carved, joined and finished by hand in our workshops, passing through the hands of several craftspeople. Joinery is mortise-and-tenon — never glued shortcuts — so the piece is made to be kept and passed down.
Assembly & Installation
Most pieces arrive securely packed and ready to use. Some larger items may require simple assembly; installation assistance may be available depending on the product and your location — speak with a consultant to confirm before ordering.
Care
Dust timber with a soft dry cloth and treat with wax balm twice yearly. Vacuum upholstery gently and treat marks promptly. Keep out of prolonged direct sun to preserve the finish.
Delivery & Shipping
Made-to-order pieces are crafted in 2–3 weeks and then dispatched by safe, insured delivery, securely packed for transit. Assembly assistance is available on selected pieces. International freight is quoted at checkout.
